Baylee Ford
Recruiting Associate

Baylee graduated Cum Laude in 2021 from Hardin-Simmons University where she was the Captain of the Women’s Soccer Team. During this time, she also worked as a coach for youth soccer camps inspiring young players with her passion for the game.  Since graduation, Baylee worked briefly in sales and now brings her passion for customer service and working with people to MVP Executives.  She prides herself in working with candidates to help them find their dream job.

Debbie Riley
Office Manager

Joining us on a part-time basis, Debbie handles the day-to-day back-office functions of MVP.  She has multiple years of account and project management experience, as well as a background in office management.   

Marilyn Burgess
Chief Financial Officer and Accounting Manager

Marilyn has joined MVP Executives on a part-time basis providing crucial back office accounting and financial support for all of MVP Executive's Operations.  This includes taxes, filings, invoicing, collections and budgets.  She has previously served as CFO, CPA and Executive Director within a variety of industries including oil and energy and non-profits.
